There is nothing I like more with some fresh veg than this super easy creamy asian salad dressing. I have a salad like this almost every day for lunch, seriously. I’m not one of those people who gets burnt out on things, though. My husband would go absolutely bonkers if he had to eat the same thing every day, so he only eats these salads sometimes on the weekends with me. Remember Monday when I told you about Bountiful Baskets and all of those fresh veggies I got? I had to do something with them so…
This is super easy to prep, just gather all of the ingredients together with some measuring spoons and a small spatula, you only need the spatula for the Tahini, its pretty sticky and hard to get out of the spoon so I do it last
Then just mix it all up! If you don’t have a fancy dressing mixer like this a whisk or even a fork will do in a pinch
It kind of separates at first but it will come together, and if the Tahini isn’t cold it will go even faster
Looked so nice I had to take a close up! Then I inhaled it!
By the way, this isn’t only a salad dressing. Oh no. Sometimes I’ll just pour a little in a sauce bowl and get some carrot and celery sticks and just go to town! What did you use this dressing with? Have you tried any variations? I’d love to hear about them in the comments below!
